Shipping/Returns Information


All orders are shipped Priority through the United States Postal Service. Customer’s can request other delivery services for which they will be required to pay the difference in charges.

First Class Postage is available for small items or orders weighing under 15ounces and shippable in a flat padded envelope. These orders are not insured or tracked but can be used to save a little on shipping. Buyer assumes any risk in delivery.

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

All orders are processed and shipped the following work day. Work day is defined as Mon-Fri meaning Friday orders would be shipped out Monday unless a different ship method is used.

Custom or Discontinued parts are cut as needed and cataloged with the listing. Normally 2-3 days is needed to complete the order and ship out. 


All International shipping will be handled through the United States Postal Service International. Both Priority and the lesser expensive First Class is available. If you do not see a lesser expensive option on your check out feel free to contact us and see what we can do to help.

All International orders take 1-3 days to process proper packing and paperwork.

Customs Fees/Duties/Taxes are all the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders are noted at full value – We will not under value an order. This is illegal and can bring problems for others shipping to the same locations.




Order discrepancies need to be reported within 3 business days. If the discrepancy is not reported within this time frame we will not be able to process a claim. Damaged, Lost or Shorted items can not be processed if outside of this time frame.



All product warranties are handled through their original manufacturers. Krazed Builds can not be held responsible for other manufacturers warranties other then their own products. We will help point you in the correct direction to resolve the problem.



Currently the only form of payment is through Paypal. If you would like to arrange a different form please contact us first and we can work something out. Paypal is prefered for its usability in shipping, consumer protection and credit cards ability.


Cancel/Refuse Orders:

Once your order is shipped we can not cancel it. If you would like to cancel it at that point you will have to either refuse the delivery or follow the proper return policy and be subject to a 20% restock fee.

Refunds on refused orders will be held for 7 working days and subject to 20% restocking fee for product.

Due to recent changes in Paypals Refund Policy – any return/refund given will be subject to Paypal fees. We apologize for this as Paypal has decided to keep the fees it charges its merchants. These fees can tally up to high numbers for small business's. 



Returns must be in original new condition. Any trying or mocking up will not be accepted.

All refunds will be issued in the form they were received.

Any items returned after 30 days will not be issued a refund, store credit will be given for product with prior approval.
