May 9th was the Region 1 Onroad Regionals hosted at 360v2 Fordham Hobbies in New Rochelle, NY. This track is known for its high level of competition from racers all around the world. Regionals are not specific to who can run them as long as you have a current ROAR Racing membership. This years brought local racers together with even some traveling in from other regions.

This year brought some great drivers together battling for individual class bragging rights and hardware. F1 has continued to see an increase year over year growing in the States. And the regionals showed why. We got lucky to get permission to repost this race recap write up from one of the drivers leading the charge to the class growing.
